Matthew 19-20: Transgender? Divorce? Purgatory? The first shall be last?

This is the ninth part of a multi-part sermon series on the Gospel According to Matthew. Dr. Thiel begins by discussing the Jesus comments about marriage, males, females, divorce, and eunuchs. He also discusses the term ‘reverend’ and explains some information about the Seventh Day Baptists. He discusses covetousness and difficulties for the rich inheriting the kingdom of God and denounces concepts related to purgatory and indulgences. He goes through the ‘parable of the workers in the vineyard’ discusses Jesus’ comments about the last being first and the first last.  Dr. Thiel also goes over scriptures pertaining to what converted Christians are supposed to do. Dr. Thiel also reads each and every verse in the nineteenth and twentieth chapters of Matthew’s Gospel.
